Kimberly by Christine Orange
is 38" tall. She is the USA version of the German
Petronella.
She has porcelain head, breastplate, arms and legs on a
cloth body. She ahs long, shiny blonde hair and lavender
pabol eyes. Smooth, creamy porcelain makes up Kimberly's
head, neck, breastplate, arms and legs and is attached to
her posable, hand-made, hand-stitched, and hand-stuffed
cloth body. An exclusive feature of Christine's dolls is the
beads in the doll's seating area, placed there so the doll
will sit easily and securely. The arms are not overly
stuffed - ensuring easy posability - and heavy-gauge
skeleton wire armature is used to hold the pose. The knee
caps and legs are sewn for easy maneuvering - another unique
feature of Christine's dolls. Kimberly's ecru wrap shirt and
silky ecru skirt are hand-trimmed in delicate lace and
accented with hand-sewn iridescent beads and sequins.
Additionally, pantaloons are worn underneath the skirt.
Hand-made bows decorate her ecru shoes and the hat that's
custom made and sized specifically for her. She wears a
half-heart charm necklace and holds the other half of the
heart for the collector to wear. She also comes with a small
gift box. Limited Edition of 1000 pieces in the USA. |
